                                                                     Nearly Four Decades of Service

Since: The early 1970's I have been in real estate, construction and all related services including mortgages, insurance, management and land/project development; always with positive change in mind.
Residential:  The purchase of a home often represents much more than a sound financial investment. Buying a  home is the realization of a dream tied to a vision of the future that is filled with optimism and joy.  
Commercial:  Solid business property investments typically are not emotion based. They are usually tied to a plan based upon the return of the capital invested. Priced right and prudently financed real estate investments, in my opinion, are the  # 1 investment, trumping three out of the big four: stocks, banks, or commodities.
Beyond where you are in the in the marketplace is the relationship, that connection where you and I meet. It's the essential compound in the chemistry of partnership. Perhaps it's trite to say, yet, the win/win rules always apply and I'll more than match the energy brought to the transaction.
Good thoughts: As native Virginian my favorite Jeffersonian quote plays into my central work ethic, "I'm a great believer in luck, and I find the harder I work the more I have of it."  Join me, I'm  confident we'll make a good fit
